Located on the ground floor of the house, Olea oleaster is a single-room suite of a total surface area of 17 m². It can be accessed from the garden by small stairs and through a 7 m² roofed terrace. In the front part of the suite there is a kitchen annexe with a refrigerator, two electric rings and a small table. Further on, there is a double bed (140×190 cm) and a door leading to a small bathroom (shower & toilet).

Olea oleaster is a wild olive tree. In Lun, in the north-western part of the island, you can admire ancient specimens of this species.
